Nemak, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV:NEMAK A) agreed to acquire Cevher Dokum Sanayi A.S. on August 25, 2016. Cevher Dokum Sanayi reported revenue of $70 million in 2015. The transaction is subject to the approval of the corresponding regulatory authorities and is expected to close before the end of October 2016. CMS Hasche Sigle acted as legal advisor for Nemak, S. Nemak SAB De CV, formerly Tenedora Nemak SA de CV, is a Mexico-based holding company primarily engaged in the automotive industry.
