Neodecortech S.p.A. ("NDT" or the "Company"), Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, with shares and warrants listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the Company's Board of Directors met today in the composition appointed by the Shareholders' Meeting last 9 December.

The Board of Directors appointed Luigi Cologni and Massimo Giorgilli as Managing Directors, confirming Luigi Cologni as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Additionally, the Board of Directors took note that all the board members meet the legal requirements, as well as the independence requirements for board members Riccardo Bruno, Paolo Pietrogrande, Laura Calini and Paola Carrara, pursuant to art. 148, paragraph 3, of the TUF (referred to in art. 147-ter, paragraph 4, of the TUF), and to Criterion 3.C.1. of the Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies of Borsa Italiana S.p.A..

The Board of Directors also appointed the members of the Committee tasked with the functions of Control and Risk Committee, Appointments Committee and Remuneration Committee, in the persons of Paolo Pietrogrande (Chairman), Laura Calini and Paola Carrara, all independent directors.
