Neodecortech S.p.A. (the "Company"), Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, listed since 26 September 2017 on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), hereby announces the purchase, through an appointed intermediary on 15, 16 and 18 October 2019, of no. 1,500 treasury shares (equal to 0.01% of the share capital) at an average unit price of € 3.94, for a total equivalent value of € 5,920.00 under the scope of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 30 April 2019 and resolved by the Board of Directors on 30 May 2019, previously subject to disclosure.
