Neodecortech S.p.A. (the "Company"), Italian market leader in the production of decorative papers for laminated panels and flooring for interior design, with shares and warrants listed on AIM Italia, a multilateral trading system organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. ("AIM Italia"), announces that it has purchased on AIM Italia, through an appointed intermediary, on 11, 12 and 13 February 2020 no. 8,000 treasury shares (equal to 0.06% of the share capital) at an average unit price of € 3.28 for a total equivalent value of € 26,680.00 under the scope of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by the Shareholders' Meeting held on 30 April 2019 and resolved by the Board of Directors on 30 May 2019, previously subject to disclosure.
