Net1 International Holdings AS is a Norway-based holding company engaged in the telecommunications sector. The Company invests in telecommunications operations in Indonesia and the Philippines. The Company provides Internet access to customers in suburban and rural areas via its fourth generation (4G) network infrastructure. The Company holds nationwide licenses for 450 megaherz (MHz) bands in Indonesia and the Philippines, and for 3.5 gigaherz (GHz), or 20 MHz, spectrum in the Philippines. In Indonesia, the Company operates under the Net1 brand, and in the Philippines under the Broadband Everywhere brand.
