NetApp : Michelle Rudnicki Joins NetApp as VP of US Public Sector

In a world where technology is changing our everyday lives-change that is amplified during this unprecedented era of remote working, learning, collaborating, and connecting-data-driven digital transformation is more crucial than ever. And that's also true for the U.S. public sector.

That's why I'm excited to welcome Michelle Rudnicki to NetApp as the vice president of the U.S. Public Sector team. In this key leadership role, Michelle is responsible for leading the team to achieve strategic, financial, operational, and business objectives as they relate to NetApp's public sector customers and channels. She will be instrumental in defining and navigating the public sector go-to-market strategy and structure and engaging the broader NetApp team in this crucial market segment.

Michelle is passionate about and dedicated to helping public sector clients find technology solutions to manage their data most effectively and migrate to the cloud in this era of distributed, dynamic, and diverse data. She's excited to join NetApp because she believes that it has 'all the components to be the game changer for public sector clients with its full range of hybrid cloud data services and partnerships with the biggest public cloud providers.' She's also excited about the technology solutions we can bring to public sector clients to help them accelerate their digital transformations.

Most recently, Michelle served as the vice president of Public Sector at Virtustream, where she led and set the Public Sector team's strategy and priorities in delivering on financial objectives and customer outcomes. She worked to make sure that their cloud services met the security and compliance needs of public sector organizations. Under her leadership, her experienced team applied processes to help public sector organizations navigate the complexities of migrating their enterprise applications to the cloud.

Before that, she enjoyed a long tenure at IBM in leadership roles that spanned decades working with public sector clients to transform the way they interacted with their clients, citizens, and patients, progressing their digital services through the use of technology such as analytics, cognitive computing, mobile, and cloud.

Michelle brings an incredible amount of energy, experience, and connections in the USPS space. With her solid background in implementing technology solutions while driving growth and transformation, I'm excited to have her as a strong addition to the NetApp team.
