Netweek S.p.A. entered into an agreement to acquire GM24 and Media Group.

Netweek S.p.A. (BIT:NTW) entered into an agreement to acquire GM24 and Media Group on April 27, 2022. The transaction has been approved by Board of Netweek and is subject to approval by shareholders of Netweek. Deloitte Financial Advisory acted as financial advisor, due diligence and fairness opinion provider and Studio Legale Tonucci acted as legal advisor for Netweek.
