Neurotech International Limited announced that Dr. Thomas Duthy has given notice of his resignation as an Executive Director of the Company to pursue other business interests. Dr. Duthy's resignation is effective immediately and will see him step down from both his executive and Board duties. Dr. Duthy has served Neurotech since September 2022, guiding the Company through significant progress spanning clinical and corporate development, which included assisting in raising $19.0 million in capital to support the strategy.
