Entitlement Offer Timetable Reminder

Further to the announcement on 28 October 2020 and updated timetable on 30 October 2020 regarding the New Century Resources Limited (New Century or the Company) 1 for 12 pro rata non-renounceable entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer), the Company reminds eligible shareholders that the closing date for receipt of applications is 5.00pm (AEDT) on Tuesday, 24 November 2020.

The Offer Booklet and entitlement form was dispatched on Tuesday, 10 November 2020, however, the Company notes there have been delivery delays due to COVID-19. The Company advises that eligible shareholder can download their personalized entitlement form by registering for access at the Company's share registry, https://investor.automic.com.au/#/home.

Shareholders with questions in relation to the Entitlement Offer may contact the Company on +61 3 9070 3300 at any time from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (AEDT) Monday to Friday during the Entitlement Offer period.

Company Profile

New Century Resources Limited is an Australia-based metal producer with zinc assets and a brownfield copper development project. Its Century mine project is located at Lawn Hill, 250 kilometers (km) northwest of Mount Isa in the Lower Gulf of Carpentaria. Its properties include Silver King deposit, East Fault Block deposit, South Block deposit and Watson's Lode deposit. Silver King deposit is a vein style deposit located to the south-west of the original open pit. East Fault Block deposit is a pod of the original Century ore deposit and is located on the north-west corner of the ROM pad. South Block deposit is focused on investigating mining methods for South Block development. Watson's Lode deposit is located on EPM 10544 surrounding the Century mining leases and is 10 km from the existing Century processing plant. Watson's Lode is a vein style system, consisting of epithermal quartz carbonate breccias with varying contents of sphalerite, galena, chalcopyrite, pyrite and siderite.
