BEIJING (AP) _ New Oriental Education & Technology Group Inc. (EDU) on Tuesday reported fiscal third-quarter earnings of $137.7 million.

On a per-share basis, the Beijing-based company said it had net income of 86 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, came to 93 cents per share.

The educational services provider posted revenue of $923.2 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in May, New Oriental said it expects revenue in the range of $774 million to $806.2 million.

New Oriental shares have dropped almost 10% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 22% in the last 12 months.
