RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of New Toyo International Holdings Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Kuek Tee Meng ("Mr Kuek") as the Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company with effect from 31 July 2017.

The Board would like to express appreciation to Mr Kuek for his contributions to the Company during his tenure and wish him well in his future endeavours. The Board has initiated a search for a new CFO and will announce the appointment of his replacement in due course.

The announcement in relation to Mr Kuek's resignation pursuant to the requirements of Rule 704(7) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited will be set out in the cessation template announcement.
