New Trend International Logis-Tech Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300532) entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire 33% stake in Shenzhen DR Electronics Co., Ltd. from Shen Yunzhi for CNY 34.3 million on June 28, 2017. Upon completion, Shen Yunzhi will hold 56% stake in Shenzhen DR Electronics Co., Ltd. The transaction will be financed from own funds. As of December 31, 2016, Shenzhen DR Electronics reported total assets of CNY 35.3 million, total equity of CNY 1.8 million, revenue of CNY 50.7 million, and net loss of CNY 4.8 million. The transaction was approved by the 3rd directorate’s 7th meeting of New Trend International Logis-Tech Co.,Ltd. on June 30, 2017 and does not need its shareholders’ approval.
