Financial statements of New Value AG for the first six months of the financial year 2021/2022 (as per 30.09.2021)

Following the two capital increases in the first half of the fiscal year 2021/22 New Value's equity value, equivalent to the Net Asset Value (NAV), amounted to CHF 40.9 million as per 30.09.2021 (CHF 0.001 million as per 31.03.2021). The NAV per share rose from CHF 0.00 at the beginning of the period to CHF 0.097. New Value AG reports thus a total loss of CHF 0.9 million for the first six months of 2021/22, compared to a loss of CHF 0.11 million in the same period of the previous year. The loss per share amounts to CHF 0.02. The loss resulted from normal operating costs and one-time costs to implement the capital increases and the realignment of the Company.
