Revised Details of Scheme Sanction Hearing

New World Resources Plc ('NWR Plc') and New World Resources N.V. (the 'Company', and together with NWR Plc and its subsidiaries, the 'NWR Group') announce that the details of its sanction hearing (the 'Sanction Hearing') in relation to the scheme have been changed by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales.

The Sanction Hearing will now take place before Mr. Justice Norris at 10:30am on 5 September 2014, in Court 4 at the Court at 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL, United Kingdom.
