PROCEDURE FOR RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Reggio Emilia, 25 June 2021 - Newwlat Food S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Newlat Food") announces that, today, the Board of Directors haas approved the new procedure for related party transactions (RPT Procedure) of the Company, which shall come into effect as from 1 July.
