SHARE BUY BACK
Reggio Emilia, 3 February 2021 - Newlat Food S.p.A. (the "Company" or "Newwlat Food") announces that, following the authorization of the purchase and disposal of own shares by the Shareholders' Meeting of 29 April 2020, in the period froom 4 January to 29 January 2021, the Company bought back a total of 101,000 ordinary shares on the Meercato Telematico Azionario (equal to 0.23% of the share capital) at an average share price of € 5.59 and for a total value of € 565,177.99.
