It is a provider of people and data management and physical security solutions through its subsidiaries, Grosvenor Technology Limited and Safetell Limited. The Company’s segments include People and Data Management division and Physical Security Solutions division. The People and Data Management division is involved in the design, manufacture and distribution of access control systems (hardware and software) and the design, manufacture and distribution of human capital management (HCM) hardware only, for time-and-attendance, shop-floor data collection, and access control systems. The Physical Security Solutions division is involved in the design, manufacture, installation and maintenance of fixed and reactive security screens, reception counters, cash management systems and associated security equipment.
