On April 29, 2022, Nexstar Media Group, Inc. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit No. 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.90 per share on its outstanding Class A Common Stock. The dividend is payable on May 27, 2022 to stockholders of record on May 13, 2022.
