The Board of Nexteer Automotive Group Limited announced that Mr. Tao Liu retires from the position of President and Global Chief Operating Officer due to retirement with effect from August 15, 2021, and Mr. William Gerald Quigley III retires from the position of Senior Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer due to retirement with effect from September 1, 2021. The Board announced that Mr. Robin Zane Milavec has been appointed as the Company's President with effect from August 17, 2021 and will continue to serve as Global Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Hervé Paul Gino Boyer has been appointed as the Company's Senior Vice President, Global Chief Operating Officer, with effect from August 17, 2021. Mr. Michael John Bierlein has been appointed as the Company's Senior Vice President with effect from September 1, 2021.
