Subject to Shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Nexteer Automotive Group Limited has recommended a final dividend of USD 0.0094 per share for the year ended December 31, 2020 (the "final dividend"). The final dividend is payable on June 28, 2021 and the record date for entitlement to the final dividend is June 17, 2021.
