Eurazeo PME, alongside management, including Filippo Mantegazza, Luca Angelo Lecchi and Bruno Machiels entered into an agreement to acquire Efeso Consulting SA from Argos Wityu, NextStage - S.C.A. (ENXTPA:NEXTS), Louis Godson and François Becque on November 19, 2018. Eurazeo PME plans to invest €56 million in equity and quasi-equity. Post the transaction, Eurazeo PME will hold approximately 70% of the capital. Senior debt will be provided by Artemid and bpifrance. The transaction is a platform investment. For the year ended December 31, 2017 the revenues of Efeso Consulting are €71 million. Luca Lecchi and Bruno Machiels will become Chief Executive Officer of EFESO Consulting. Filippo Mantegazza, Founder and President will continue to actively accompany EFESO Consulting and will become a member of the Supervisory Board. The deal is subject to certain suspensive conditions and approval from competition authorities. The transaction is expected to close in January 2019. As part of the acquisition, Eurazeo PME will hold approximately 67% stake in Efeso Consulting SA.
