In the first nine months 2015, sales improved by 24.1 % from KEUR 56,351 (9M-2014) to KEUR 69,949. Sales increased by 28.7 % and reached KEUR 64,189 (previous year: KEUR 49,883) in the Healthcare Software Division. The Healthcare Service Division recorded sales of KEUR 5,760 in the first nine months 2015 following KEUR 6,468 (9M-2014) and consequently 10.9 % less than in the previous year. The international share of total business volume was 51.1 % in the first nine months 2015 (previous year: 40.3 %) and amounted to KEUR 35,710 following KEUR 22,701 (9M-2014) in the previous year. The sales of the subsidiary NEXUS Nederland consolidated for the first time are included in the figures. The development of the Swiss franc also had a positive effect on sales in the amount of KEUR 2,059.
The result before interest and taxes (EBIT) in the amount of KEUR 6,341 improved compared to the same period last year (9M-2014: KEUR 5,134) by 23.5 %. The EBITA increased by 35.8 % from KEUR 6,389 (9M-2014) to KEUR 8,674. The EBITDA increased by 33.3 % to KEUR 13,382 (9M-2014: KEUR 10,038) during the reporting period.
The cash flow developed especially positively during the first nine months 2015. The cash flow from current business transactions reached KEUR 13,823 and consequently considerably surpassed the nine-month value of the previous year of KEUR 7,799 (+77.2 %).
NEXUS AG has equity capital amounting to KEUR 89,643. As a result, NEXUS AG has a sustainable and healthy balance sheet as well as sufficient capital for further financing of its European growth strategy.
