Nexus Gold Corp. entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Cyclone North Resources Inc. for CAD 0.42 million.

Nexus Gold Corp. (TSXV:NXS) entered into a definitive share purchase agreement to acquire Cyclone North Resources Inc. for CAD 0.42 million on September 23, 2021. As part of consideration Nexus Gold agreed to issue 12 million common shares.

Completion of the transaction remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and cannot be completed until such approval has been received. No finder's fees or commissions are payable in connection with the transaction.
