NG Energy International Corp. (TSXV:GASX) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 6,248,563 shares, representing 5% of its share capital.
The repurchased shares will be subsequently returned to treasury and cancelled. The bid is subject to TSXV approval. The bid will expire on or about July 18, 2023.
As of July 12, 2022, the company had 124,971,266 issued and outstanding common shares.
