NHN KCP Corp. (KOSDAQ:A060250) agreed to acquire an additional 13.9% stake in Korea Credit-Card Electronic-Settlement Service Co., Ltd. for KRW 4.8 billion on October 7, 2020. Under the terms of the transaction, NHN KCP Corp. will acquire an additional 119,625 shares in Korea Credit-Card Electronic-Settlement Service Co., Ltd. Upon completion, NHN KCP Corp. will own 152,027 shares in Korea Credit-Card Electronic-Settlement Service Co., Ltd. For 2019, Korea Credit-Card Electronic-Settlement Service Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 30.5 billion, total common equity of KRW 21.3 billion, total revenues of KRW 42.1 billion and net income of KRW 413.6 million. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors. The transaction is expected to close on October 7, 2020.
