Description of the Disclosure

Mining companies whose securities are listed in the Exchange are required to submit on or before the end of March of each calendar year, a Certification from the Bureau of Mines and Geosciences that: (a) the listed mining company's properties are still valid and subsisting and that said properties are being developed according to the work program of the mining company; and (b) the listed mining company's claims/leases are still valid at the time of certification.

List of valid and subsisting mining properties

1. Mineral Production Sharing Agreement No. 315-2010-III dated 10 February 2010 by and between Mina Tierra Gracia, Inc. and the Government (the "MPSA") covers an area of 5,081.6408 hectares (now 5,081.6408 hectares per DENR Order dated 27 June 2016) located in the municipalities of Botolan and Iba, Zambales and the municipalities of Aroroy and Baleno, Masbate. The MPSA is valid for twenty-five (25) years, renewable for another twenty-five (25) years. 2. Exploration Permit No. EP-V-2008-005 of Masbate13 Philippines, Inc. covers an area of 4,136.7538 hectares located in the municipalities of Milagros and Mandaon, Masbate. 3. Application for Exploration Permit No. EXPA-000093-X of Bountiful Geomines, Inc. covers an area of 1,944 hectares located at Brgy. Awang, Municipality of Opol, Brgy. Tuod and Upper Malubog, Municipality of Manticao, Brgy. Malayat, City of El Salvador, and the Municipality of Alubijid, all in the Province of Misamis Oriental.

The Mines and Geosciences Bureau ("MGB") has issued Certifications on the validity of the following mining claims of the Corporation: 1. Certification dated 4 February 2022 issued by MGB Regional Office No. III for Mineral Production Sharing Agreement No. 315-2010-III dated 10 February 2010 by and between Mina Tierra Gracia, Inc. and the Government (the "MPSA") covers an area of 5,081.6408 hectares located in the municipalities of Botolan and Iba, Zambales and the municipalities of Aroroy and Baleno, Masbate. The MPSA is valid for twenty-five (25) years, renewable for another twenty-five (25) years. 2. Certification dated 4 February 2022 issued by the MGB Regional Office No. V for Exploration Permit No. EP-V-2008-005 of Masbate13 Philippines, Inc. covering an area of 4,136.7538 hectares located in the municipalities of Milagros and Mandaon, Masbate. The third renewal of the Exploration Permit is currently being processed. 3. Certification dated 4 February 2022 issued by the MGCB Regional Office No. X for the Application for Exploration Permit No. EXPA-000093-X of Bountiful Geomines, Inc. covering an area of 1,944 hectares located at Brgy. Awang, Municipality of Opol, Brgy. Tuod and Upper Malubog, Municipality of Manticao, Brgy. Malayat, City of El Salvador, and the Municipality of Alubijid, all in the Province of Misamis Oriental. The Application has been granted clearance to the Mines and Geosciences Bureau Regional Office No. X to issue the permit per Memorandum dated 5 November 2020.
