Nihon Jyoho Create Co.,Ltd. (TSE:4054) agreed to acquire 80% stake in RealNetPro Co.,Ltd from Yoshiyuki Goto for ¥1.13 billion on April 25, 2022. At the time of the Share Exchange, Nihon Jyoho common stock to be delivered will be 256,752 shares. Nihon Jyoho Create Co.,Ltd.'s board of directors approved the transaction. Transaction is subject to RealNetPro shareholder approval. RealNetPro generated the sales of ¥350 million, Total asset of ¥479 million, Net asset of ¥167 million and Net income of ¥58 million for the financial year 2021. Effective date of share exchange is on June 27, 2022.
