Nippon Prologis REIT, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the fiscal period ending Nov. 30, 2022 and May 31, 2023. For the period ending Nov. 30, 2022, the company expected operating revenues of JPY 27,534 million, operating income of JPY 11,875 million, net income of JPY 10,974 million or Distribution per unit (including SCD) of JPY 4,908.
For the period ending May 31, 2023, the company expected operating revenues of JPY 27,540 million, operating income of JPY 11,958 million, net income of JPY 10,918 million or Distribution per unit (including SCD) of JPY 4,910.
