3. Background
Toshikuni Yamazaki is to retire from the Board of Directors at the end of Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on 29 June 2021, after serving as an Independent External Director for the full- term of six years since the appointment in June 2015, in accordance with the NSG Group Corporate Governance Guidelines.
Kenichi Morooka is to retire from the Board of Directors at the end of Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, and as Representative Executive Officer at the end of the Board Meeting, both to be held on 29 June 2021, and to be appointed as Special Advisor.
