NSG Group is pleased to announce that its NSG Group Ethics and Compliance Hotline was formally certified as Whistleblowing Compliance Management System or WCMS (self-declaration basis) on 30 April 2021.

NSG Group Ethics and Compliance Hotline enables employees and external stakeholders to report, without fear of retaliation, any conduct they know or suspect to be in violation of laws, Group Code of Ethics, policies/procedures or guidelines. The Hotline is operated by an independent third-party vender with multiple languages and 24/7 service available.

NSG Group is committed to maintaining an effective whistleblowing system so that it can identify and address ethics and compliance issues in an appropriate and timely manner.

NSG Group will continuously strive to pursue a corporate culture of transparency in all that we do, for the sustainable growth of the company.

The certification of Whistleblowing Compliance Management System or WCMS (self-declaration basis)permits private companies to use the WCMS mark below when the designated assessmentorganization confirms the self-assessment of their whistleblowing system against the guidelines ofJapanese Consumer Affairs Agency.
