VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

CHANGE OF SENIOR MANAGEMENT

This announcement is made by Nissin Foods Company Limited (the "Company") on a voluntary basis for keeping the shareholders of the Company and potential investors informed of the latest development of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group").

The board of directors (the "Board") of the Company hereby announces that with effect from 11 March 2021,

(1) Mr. Akifumi Aiba ("Mr. Aiba") will cease to be a director of Nissin Foods (China) Holding

Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company ("Nissin Foods (China)"), and a number of the subsidiaries of the Company as well as head of Southern China business and a member of senior management due to work rearrangement.

Mr. Ying Li Feng ("Mr. Ying") will cease to be a director of Nissin Foods (China) and the chairman of Shanghai Eastpeak Trading Co. Ltd.* 上海東峰貿易有限公司 and a member of senior management due to retirement.

Each of Mr. Aiba and Mr. Ying has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter relating to his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Aiba and Mr.

Ying for their valuable contribution to the Company.
