Nissin Foods Company Limited is a company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of instant noodles. Instant noodles are pre-cooked and usually dried noodle blocks that are primarily made from wheat flour or rice flour, and can be consumed after being cooked or soaked or soaked in boiling water for three to five minutes. The Company’s products mainly include instant noodle products including cup and bowl-type instant noodles and bag-type instant noodles; frozen food products primarily including frozen dim sums and frozen noodles; and other food products primarily including retort pouch and snack food products. The Company’s instant boodle product brands include Cup Noodles, Demae Iccho, Doll Instant Noodle, Fuku, U.F.O. and The King of Noodles.
