Nobina AB (publ) is a Sweden-based company engaged in the provision of public passenger transportation services in the Nordic region. The Company's operations consist of the provision of scheduled bus services under contract to public transport authorities in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. In addition to contract bus services, the Company also offers interregional express bus services throughout Sweden. The Company's activities are structured into two business areas: Regional traffic and Interregional traffic, and further divided into four segments, namely Nobina Sweden, Nobina Norway, Nobina Denmark and Nobina Finland. Nobina AB (publ) operates as a holding company for the Nobina Group, comprising operating subsidiaries and Nobina Fleet, a joint company responsible for purchasing, financing, intra-group leasing and sales.
