Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from BlackRock, Inc. on September 8, 2021, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9, Section 5.

According to the announcement, the total holding and indirect holding in Nokian Tyres shares owned by BlackRock, Inc. and its funds exceeded the level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on September 7, 2021.

The indirect shareholding of BlackRock, Inc. in Nokian Tyres has increased to 6,997,604 shares, corresponding to 5.03% of Nokian Tyres' shares and voting rights.
