Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc. (TSE:3462) agreed to acquire Hotel Wing International Premium Kanazawa Ekimae from Hyakumangoku Property Godo Kaisha on February 27, 2024. The consideration consists of ¥2161 million in cash. As part of the consideration, ¥2161 million was paid towards common equity.
The Purchase and Sales Agreement will be signed on February 29, 2024. The transaction is expected to close on March 1, 2024.
