(Oslo, Norway - June 13, 2022) Nordic Semiconductor ASA ("Nordic"), rated BBB
(Stable) by Nordic Credit Rating, has mandated Danske Bank as Global
Coordinator, and Danske Bank and DNB Markets as Joint Lead Managers and
Bookrunners to arrange a series of virtual investor meetings commencing on June
14, 2022. A NOK denominated senior unsecured bond issue with expected tenor of
five years and a target size of NOK 1,500 million may follow, subject to inter
alia market conditions.

On June 3, 2022, Nordic signed a new senior secured USD 150 million
sustainability-linked revolving credit facility ("RCF"). The RCF has a 3 year
term and may be extended by two additional years through two extension options.
Nordic's existing USD 65 million revolving credit facility, which would have
expired in November 2022, has consequently been cancelled. Danske Bank and HSBC
has acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Sustainability Coordinators of the RCF.
