The board of directors of Nordic Unmanned AS (the "Company") (OSE: NUMND) has in a board meeting held today resolved to increase the Company's share capital with NOK 155,000 by the issuance of 155,000 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00, in order to facilitate the exercise of 155,000 options under the final part of Company's existing share option program, which was established in 2019. There are a total of 22 employees included in this share option program for first generation employees, including primary insiders Knut Roar Wiig (CEO) and Lars Landsnes (COO). The exercise price per new share under the terms of the share option program is NOK 5.00. The board of directors' resolution to increase the share capital of the Company was made pursuant to the authorization granted to it by the annual general meeting held on 26 May 2021.  

Following the registration of the share capital increase with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.: Foretaksregisteret), the new share capital of the Company will be NOK 26,443,984, divided into 26,443,984 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 1.00. The share capital increase will be registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises as soon as practically possible after the share contribution has been fully paid.
