Oslo, Norway, 24 June 2021: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by
Norsk Titanium AS ("Norsk Titanium" or the "Company") published on 16 June 2021
regarding a share capital increase following the exercise of the greenshoe
option in connection with the private placement as further described in the
stock exchange notice published by the Company on 6 June 2021. 

The issuance of 1,233,135 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. Following registration, the share capital of
Norsk Titanium is NOK 16,951,710.80 divided into 211,896,385 shares, each share
having a par value of NOK 0.08 and carrying one vote in the Company's general
meeting.
