Zhengzhou Hongyu Special Automobile Co.,Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 95,308,033.56 in an equity round of funding on April 24, 2017. The transaction will include participation from returning investor North Industries Group Red Arrow Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000519) to maintain its 100% stake in the company after the transaction. The transaction was approved at the 36th meeting of the 9th directorate of the investor and is also subject to its shareholders’ approval.
The company reported total assets of CNY 211,072,400, total liabilities of CNY 117,505,800, net assets of CNY 93,566,600, revenue of CNY 400,993,000, and net profit of CNY 6,197,300 for the year ended December 31, 2016.
