CHANG, CHIH-MING was responsible at Dano Law Office, CAI, MU-LIN was formerly Chairman at Taiwan Tobacco and Alcohol Co., Ltd. (Public Sales Bureau), and TSAI, CHIA-YU was a Certified Public Accountant at Yunyang United Certified Public Accountants.
The new position holders are XU, HONG-RU, Managing Partner of Po-Heng Law Firm, Kaohsiun; ZHANG, REN-LANG, Principal Architect of Jen-Lang Chang Architects; and PAN, WEI-HSIN, Deputy Manager of the Finance Section, Hsin Chih Industrial Co., Ltd. The change was due to the term expiration and to cooperate with the company in electing the 13th director (including independent directors). The original term was from June 23, 2022, to June 22, 2025. The effective date of the new members is May 26, 2025.
