Sandi Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 120,000,000 common shares at a price of NTD 10 per share for total gross proceeds of NTD 1,200,000,000 on May 11, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor North-Star International Co., LTD., to retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the investor.
