Sandi Energy Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue 43,000,000 common shares at a price of TWD 10 per share for total gross proceeds of TWD 430,000,000 on March 17, 2022. The transaction will include participation from returning investor North-Star International Co., LTD., to retain 100% stake in the company. The transaction has been approved by the shareholders of the company.
