Northern Mining Limited is a resources exploration and development company. The Company is engaged in the exploration of mineral tenements, such as gold, nickel and other minerals. Its geographical segments include Australia, China and Poland. Its exploration portfolio contains exploration and development potential in the East Kalgoorlie Gold and Nickel Project in Western Australia. It also holds approximately 50% interest in the Arcatamu Goldmine Project in Tuoli County in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The Company has over 79% interest in East Kalgoorlie Gold Project. The Company's Kanowna Lights Prospect covers an area of approximately 565 hectares and is located in a gold endowment region over three kilometers north of Kanowna Belle Gold Deposit. The Company's Snake Hill Prospect consists of a range of tenements, such as P26/3705, P26/3706, P26/3707, P26/3708, P26/3709, P26/3710, P25/2071 and P25/2113. It other tenements are located at Mt Monger, Bulong and Hampton Hill.
