BOARD UPDATE

Northern Star Resources Ltd (ASX:NST) advises that Shirley In't Veld has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of Northern Star, effective 30 June 2021.

Northern Star Executive Chair Bill Beament thanked Ms In't Veld for her immense contribution over a period of strong growth for the Company.

"Shirley has been an outstanding Director on every level," Mr Beament said. "Her experience and wise counsel have proven invaluable to both the Northern Star management team and her fellow Directors.
