On closing Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners will hold approximately 10.3% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the company. Company paid finder's fee CAD 300,000 and issued an aggregate of approximately 5,800,000 compensation warrants to Dundee Goodman Merchant Partners,(CAD 80,914.54 and 1,778,840 Compensation Warrants), Laurentian Bank Securities Inc. (CAD 40,457.27 and 889,420 Compensation Warrants), Canaccord Genuity Corp., (CAD 32,455.50 and 635,600 Compensation Warrants), Haywood Securities Inc., (CAD 11,795.00), Raymond James Ltd., (CAD 13,998.60 and 254,520 Compensation Warrants), Leede Jones Gable Inc., (CAD 17,202.50), Pollitt & Co.

Inc., (CAD 11,025.00 and 231,000 Compensation Warrants), RichardsonGMP Limited, (CAD 2,100), Echelon Wealth Partners Inc., PI Financial Corp., (CAD 350.35) and RBC Dominion Securities Inc. have been paid cash and/or issued compensation warrants depending on participation level. Each compensation warrant entitles the holder to acquire one Common Share Unit at a price of CAD 0.07 until the Warrant Expiry Date. The securities issued will be subject to a statutory four month hold period expiring on November 15, 2020.
