As of June 13, 2022, Echodyne Corp. closed the transaction. The company amended the terms of transaction and raised $135,000,000 in the transaction.

The transaction was co-led by new investor Baillie Gifford & Co., and individual investor Bill Gates. The other investors include Northrop Grumman Corporation, returning investors New Enterprise Associates, Inc., Madrona Venture Group, LLC, Vulcan Capital, Vanedge Capital Inc., and others. The transaction included participation from 18 investors pursuant to regulation D.
