NorthWest Copper Corp. is a copper-gold explorer and developer with a pipeline of projects in British Columbia. The Company's principal activity is the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties in Canada. Its Kwanika project is located in the prolific Quesnel Terrane, which hosts numerous porphyry copper-gold deposits such as Mount Milligan, New Afton, and Highland Valley. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Stardust project, a carbonate replacement deposit (CRD) located in north-central British Columbia. Its East Niv project is located in British Columbia, which lies within the territory of Takla, the Tsay Keh Dene, and the Nii Gyap Hereditary Chiefs of the Gitxsan Nation. The Companyâs Lorraine project is located in northcentral British Columbia, which comprises two contiguous properties: the Lorraine-Jajay and the Tam-Misty properties. The Company also holds other properties located in British Columbia, including the Arjay, Tchentlo and Croy-Bloom properties.
