Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA : - Disclosure of large shareholdings

Reference is made to the announcement made by Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (the
"Company" or "NAS") today regarding conversion of convertible bonds and new
registered share capital in relation to such conversion. DP Aircraft Ireland, a
wholly owned subsidiary of DP Aircraft 1 Limited currently have an interest in 
a total of 154,189,712 ordinary shares in the Company, which following today's
share capital increase was reduced from representing 5.02% to 4.95% of the share
capital and voting rights in NAS.
 
This notification is made pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
