Norwegian's traffic figures for September are heavily influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic and the subsequent travel restrictions and drop in demand. In September, capacity was 93% lower than last year, while the flights that were operated had a load factor of 52.8%. Compared to the same period last year: - Total capacity (ASK) decreased by 93% - Total passenger traffic (RPK) decreased by 96% - The load factor was 52.8%, down 37 p.p. - The total number of passengers was 319,370, a decrease of 90% The unit revenue (RASK) is estimated at 0.42 for the period, up 17%. The average flying distance for the Group decreased by 58% in September compared to the same period last year. In September, the Group operated 99.2% of its scheduled flights, whereof 97.6% departed on time.
