Norwegian Air Shuttle : Notification

As a result of the conversion of dividend claims and new shares issued in
Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA ("NAS"), the ownership of Geveran Trading Co. Limited
("Geveran") has been reduced to 14.46%. Geveran owns 134,123,801 shares in NAS,
representing 14.46% of the shares and voting rights in NAS. The foregoing
calculations are based on 927,335,572 outstanding shares in NAS.

The information is subject to the disclosure requirements set out in section 4-2
and 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
